After months of speculation and an official announcement of the 25th James Bond movie, the 49-year-old star has finally spoken out on his potential return as 007.

Beginning his US press tour for new comedy Logan Lucky, Craig shockingly revealed he still hasn’t decided if he’ll return as Bond.

The Bond star added: “It’s just all very personal decisions to be made at the moment…I know they’re desperate to get going and I would in theory love to do it, but there is no decision, uh, just yet.”

Craig will be doing a number of high profile interviews for Logan Lucky throughout the week, so Bond fans can expect some more clarifications from the potentially out-going 007.

Tonight he will appear as a guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to talk about

The favourite to replace Craig is Tom Hardy at 3/1, who has been backed by Christopher Nolan – a director who has been in talks to helm a Bond movie.

It’s rumoured that if Craig does sign back on he will star in two more movies with the latter based on 1969’s On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

25 will be released in UK cinemas in early November 2019.
