11.20am: Missiles ‘no menace’ to United States, officers have stated

US officers have confirmed that North Korea’s ballistic missile launches yesterday posed no menace to the US mainland or Guam.

US Pacific Command stated: “The North American Aerospace Protection Command (NORAD) decided that the three ballistic missile launches didn’t pose a menace to North America.

“The US Pacific Command decided the three ballistic missile launches from North Korea didn’t pose a menace to Guam.

“US Pacific Command stands behind out ironclad dedication to the safety of our allies within the Republic of Korea and Japan.” 

10.56am: North Korea’s newest missile take a look at was not a menace to Japan, in response to the Japanese Authorities.

These newest North Korea missile assessments come as hundreds of US and South Korean troops are collaborating in joint army workout routines. 

9am: US officers have claimed North Korea’s three short-range missile launches both failed or exploded virtually instantly.

Reporting from its Hawaii headquarters, US Pacific Command stated: “The primary and third missiles at 11.49am (10.49pm BST) and 12.19pm (11.19pm BST) failed in flight. 

“The second missile launch at 12.07pm (11.07pm BST) seems to have blown up virtually instantly.”

8am: North Korea launch ‘ballistic missiles’

Kim Jong-un  final night time, in response to the USA army.

The missiles are believed to have been launched from the North Korean province of Gangwon. 

They flew for about 155 miles (250km) earlier than touchdown within the Sea of Japan.

The projectiles have been launched at 06:49 on Saturday (21:49 GMT Friday), South Korea’s defence ministry stated.
