WATCH: Trying to impress Prince Harry, Meghan? Suits actress attempts British phrases

Prince Harry and his Suits actress girlfriend Meghan Markle are getting ever more serious.

There were even rumours the pair had moved in to a flat in Kensington Palace before the US star celebrated her birthday earlier this month.

A video of Meghan, 36, posted online almost a year ago, shows the actress practising her British slag.

Was the beautiful brunette already preparing to move Britain to be with the Prince, 32?

The video, posted by UKTV on Youtube, shows the actress put through her paces in a quiz.

The quiz asks “what is the British word for these Americansisms?”

She correctly answers that chips are fries, but is hung up on a number of other words.

“You guys don’t say sidewalk?” she asks. However, she likes the British version of the word when she discovers what it is.

“Path, that actually sounds really romantic,” she says, “take a little stole down the path.”

Commenters on the video were quick to note that Meghan better begin learning her Uk terminology soon if she is to get even more serious with the fifth inline to the British throne.

Some believe the pair are already engaged, after claims he has popped the question on their holiday in Africa.

A source told the Daily Star Sunday Prince Harry popped the question to the Suits actress while the couple were camping in the Botswana bush.

There is speculation over which ring Harry will chose, and there is one trend that could predict the style he will opt for.

Royal watchers have noted previous royals are not choosing plain diamonds, but instead flaunting coloured jewels.

The most famous of these is Princess Diana’s, a sapphire, which she chose herself from the Garrard catalogue in 1981. It was worth £28,000 at the time.

Prince Harry inherited this ring on his mother’s death in 1997, but gave it to his brother to propose to Kate Middleton with in 2010.
